On Saturday, May 20, the SoHarmoniums Women's Choir will present "Women Inspiring Tomorrow", a concert edition of the program with the Young People's Chorus of New York City. The program is dedicated to uplifting women’s voices through singing and celebrating the power of lifelong music-making and features five generations of women performing works ranging from classical to contemporary and all composed by women.
In 2014, YPC began the WIT program to create a space for our choristers to connect with our accomplished alumnae and the remarkable women in our communities. At YPC, we are committed to supporting our choristers in their journey to college and through the WIT Program we seek to help all our graduates not only go on to higher education, but to find success in the workplace and beyond.
